Report to: Operation Manager-Precor
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
- Issue prompt purchase order base on sales order (daily basis)
- Follow up purchase order status with suppliers to refresh order status and generate reports
- Study goods purchase history and monitoring purchase prioritization
- Warn purchase risks
- Goods arriving notice for clients
- Goods importing and Customs declaration (3rd party)
- Coordination with finance for payments and other related issues
- Exhibition support
- Other works assigned by manager
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- SAP experience is a must
- 2+ years’ working experience in importing and Customs declaration (with 3rd party)
- Good command in both written and oral English
- Integrity and professionalism
DESIRED WORKING EXPERIENCE:
- More than 2 years relevant experience.
MINIMUM EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- College and above, major in logistics, supply chain will be prioritized
