Essential Qualifications:
1) Degree: College
2) English: CET 4 or above
3) Experience: Minimum 6 years experience in shipping field
4) Computer: Good knowledge of Office Software, skillful in PowerPoint, Word and Excel
5) Others: Good interpersonal and communication skill/ Aggressive and self-initiative with good team work spirit/Open minded and has good business acumen.
Accountabilities:
1.Keep daily customer communication, maintain close relationship with current clients and win their long term support.
2.Do frequently sales call to seek more potential clients and convince them to use our service, also focus on direct shipper who could achieve our VAS target.
3.Implement sales meeting instruction and monitoring all service’s daily booking, snatch booking for those under-perform services and fulfill our mother vessel.
4.Research market rate level for various trade lanes and negotiate with clients for a better quotation.
5.Prepare the related report
6.Attend sales daily meeting, share market and customer’s information, check with booking details by service by weekly.
7.Apply for principal and POD agents for DG / OOG shipment.
8.Co-ordinate with Operation team for equipment moving, barge connection and some space issues.
9.Push clients to settle payment timely.
10.Ensure daily mail fast response.
