About This Job:
?Support to order management and ensure daily operation comply with company compliance policy
?Support to complaint & customer rework process
?Daily check to find if any delay on actual goods issue/SAP GI/scan base on daily transportation report
?Create billing in SAP
?Export SAP DN list and upload to barcode system
?Check the scan data in barcode system
?Support to customer master maintenance in SAP and barcode system
?Responsible for functional monthly report
?Support to customer complaint registration in complaint system
Qualifications
Essential Knowledge & Experience:
· Possess good working knowledge of SAP Order to Cash Modules.
· Experience in handling orders and customer complaints
· Good time management
· Effective communication
· Meticulous work
Preferred Knowledge & Experience:
· N/A
Education/Qualifications:
· 2 years’ work experience in customer service.
· Bachelor degree or above
Additional information:
· Full time/ Permanent
· Base location: Shanghai
