职位描述：
Main Responsibilities主要职责:
？ All invoices from supplier need match received PO in finance system, then post AP voucher.
所有供应商的发票在财务系统里进行匹配收料的订单，然后将AP凭证过账。
？ AP control and aging analysis.
应收账款的控制和账龄分析。
？ Unvoucher AP account monitor comparing with actual PO
暂估AP账户与实际的PO核对 。
？ OP/OR list maintenance and reconcile balance to TB
其他应付/应收清单的维护和余额和TB保持一致。
？ IC payable and receivable conciliation.
集团公司内部应收应付的对账。
？ Monthly cost (MFG & SGA) analysis comparing with forecast or budget.
每月费用(制造费用，销售管理费用)和预算或计划的分析
？ Monthly update the foreign exchange rate in finance system, and run exchange rate adjustment, then post GL.
每月财务系统跟新汇率，进行汇率调整，以及过总账
？ Filing documents for internal control
公司内部控制的文件整理归档。
？ Others assigned

Qualification Requirements资格要求:
？ College degree in finance and accounting
大专以上学历，财务会计专业
？ Have the knowledge of finance bookkeeping
熟悉财务计帐
？ Be familiar with PC applications(Windows, Excel, ERP system etc)
熟练使用电脑（Windows, Excel, ERP等）
？ Can communicate in English
能用英语沟通
？ Strong team work spirit
