职位描述：
岗位描述：
1. 根据产品需求说明书，编写相关研发文档。
2. 负责开发编码，并编写详细设计、配置说明等相关文档；
2. 负责单元测试，并配合测试组工作（集成/系统测试、缺陷修正）；
3. 核心编程，构建底层框架及服务；

岗位要求：
1. 精通Java EE体系规范，具有使用Java语言进行Web开发的经验；
2. 精通JSP、Servlet、JDBC开发，熟练掌握Struts2、Spring、hibernate等应用开发框架；
3. 掌握CSS、Java script、J Query、Ext JS等Rich Client技术；
4. 了解Ajax、Web Service等开发技术，熟练运用各类辅助工具；
5. 熟悉面向对象的编程方式，至少能灵活运用5种以上的设计模式；
6. 熟悉Oracle数据库系统，熟练掌握标准SQL句法；
7. 3年以上多层架构大型分布式项目开发经验，有能力指导编码；
8. 熟练使用各种Web应用服务器、消息中间件的部署与优化；
9. 工作态度认真，有责任心，具备良好的沟通、团队合作能力，遵守公司规章制度 举报 分享
