JOB SUMMARY:
The responsibility of the TPM is to work directly with customers, sales and product engineering to provide technical support for the smooth introduction of product. In addition, this position will ensure that our customer's technical issues and problems are resolved during the development, prototype and production phases. As a member of the customer account team, the TPM will support the sales strategy by providing technical consulting, technical program definition, and technical information over quotations and contracts. This position will also provide technical program management during program implementation as well as work with product development to define product/service requirements
Duties & Responsibilities: % Of Time
?Coordinate customer qualifications of company Technology factories and services 10
?Coordination of the implementation of accepted customer specific technical 10
programs or requirements
?Managing daily, tactical technical issues 5
?Developing and maintaining relationships with key customer technical personnel 10
?Promoting companyTechnology capabilities, processes and services 10
?Supporting the Account Manager related approval process 10
?Managing the resolution of customer specific manufacturing process, material 10
quality or reliability problems
?Collecting and communicating our customer's long-range technology roadmaps 10
and providing the information to the appropriate groups
?Work with the Account Managers to drive company to support those future 10
customer requirements that are in line with company strategic imperatives
?Assist in coordinating customer audits/visits with the factories, product groups 5
and other involved groups
?Improving individual knowledge of semiconductor technology, manufacturing 10
and processes
Number of Employees Supervised:
Travel Required: Domestic 30% International %
Qualifications:
Education/Knowledge: Bachelor Degree
Experience: 5 years experience in semiconductor product engineering, semiconductor package engineering, or assembly manufacturing experience
External & Internal Contacts: With all departments internally & with customers externally
Special Skills or Qualifications that are helpful: Have sales experience, experience and/or knowledge semiconductor test knowledge.
