Required:
1. Engineering Bachelors degree as minimum, preferably Master degree
2. +5 years experience in manufacturing and supply chain processes, proven projects implementation in these areas
3. Minimum black belt trained, black belt certified or master black belt is preferred
4. Demonstrated leadership skill and experience, prior supervisory experience is a plus
5. Good project management experience
6. Good communication skills
7. Good English both oral and written

Responsibility:
1. Build relationships with operation business unit and function department leaders to understand business objectives and priorities, and develop process improvement initiatives collaboratively.
2. Establish and lead a team in the identification, design, and delivery of process improvement initiatives.
3. Be responsible for maintaining projects (PIP planned and unplanned) on time and budget, reporting on progress, managing expectations and risk, and ensuring post-implementation benefits are measured.
4. Train and mentor lean six sigma belts, develop and provide other necessary tools training to organizations when need.
5. Use of good project management to manage team activities to achieve and measure the results.
6. Must be a results oriented change agent who is an effective business systems thinker.
7. Act as a catalyst for the sharing and implementation of best practices across all business units.
