Responsibilities:

1. Legal affiairs for all capital, asset, investment projects;
2. Review and maintain contracts, provide opinion to the management;
3. Assistance to compliance with PRC laws and regulations and practice;
4. Draft basic legal documents, Board Resolution, application doc. and form, etc;
5. Handle and file general corporate issues with relevant authorities, such business; scope, license, rep. office, manufacturing and import approval issues etc;
6. Translate legal documents;
7. Processing, filing and managing all legal documents and contracts;
8. Secretary work to support legal Director;
9. Manage outside for legal counsel and IPR counsle.;
10.Proof reading for some legal documents.


Requirements:

1. Legal qualification in China .
2. Bachelor or above degree in law in reputable school.
3. 2+ years legal experience in reputable law firms or top MNCs.
4. Able to work independently with minimal supervision
5. Excellent knowledge of both English and Chinese (written and spoken)
6. Good interpersonal relationship skills and team work ability
