职位描述：
Excellent service and positive attitude in job. Management responsibility for operation process to ensure that the service & efficiency are properly maintained and documentation is correct and finished in timely manner to management for strategic decision making.

Educational Requirements:
College or above, transportation/shipping relevant professionals is preferred but not necessary.
Qualifications: 5 years’ relevant working experience, English in CET 4 at least, familiar in using OP software.

Accountabilities:
Build up and monitor SOP of OPD, also adjust SOP if necessary.
Training OPD.
Maintain the service quality of OPD.
Maintain the relationship with truck company & customs broker.
Maintain the relationship with customers.
Manage the issue procedures of B/L.
Feedback the situation of customers with sales in daily meeting.
Report the situation of OPD with office manager.
Review the service quality of OPD and improve it.
Meeting with SD, FAD & OPD supervisor to improve the procedures efficiency. 举报 分享
