要素： 数控车床（法纳克系统，三菱系统，西门子系统）、加工中心（法纳克系统，三菱系统，西门子系统）等汽车部件行业的设备维护经验；熟悉TPM程序体系

Position Function:
TPM system implementation.
To provide maintenance data analysis;
Guide and conduct all maintenance engineer to follow the TPM and get implementation.
Communicate with production manager for production schedule down TPM arrangement.

JOB Descripeiton:

1、Collect and manage all equipment TPM documents, drawing and maintenance records, put it in control;
2、Develop the program for TPM, update the program whenever the new equipment entry or scrap;
3、Work with maintenance leader to organize all TPM activities according to maintenance schedule.
4、Work closely with production planner and make sure TPM completed on time. Assist maintenance leader for each scheduled TPM to organize resource, tools and material;
5. Guide and conduct all maintenance engineer to follow the TPM plan and get implementation. Update TPM plan according to engineer feedback.
6. Communicate with production manager for any TPM plan schedule arrangement whenever it is possible.
7. Maintenance metrics show and tracking.

Requirements/Qualification:
-Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering and related fields
-At least 5 years work experiences, major in equipment maintenance activities.
-Be familiar with maintenance related safety programs, like machining guarding, electrical safety, lock out tag out, etc. Have experiences in improving machine guarding &good network with the qualified venders, etc.
-Good English ability in listening, oral & writing and computer skill as well;
-Good skill of coordination, communication and facilitation
-Good logical at work, ability of execution, trying, improvement, open to new ideas
-Initiative, activity, determination, teamwork, problems solving and honesty;
