职位表述和要求： Purpose

To charge the project management in manufacturing in Caojing facility with acceptance of codes & standards requirements and company procedure

Nature and Scope

The job holder is Project Engineer in Project Planning & Execution Department and reports directly to the Project Manager. He/She is responsible for organizing, managing & guiding the project team to complete the project management per company procedure.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Review a proper definition of project scope

2. Understand all contract conditions

3. Review and control overall production schedule (milestones are established to enable proper control of the progress of the project.)

4. Monthly review cost forecasts for each project

5. Cost control including the material cost and labour/staff cost

6. Organize the weekly review meeting with quality Dept and production Dept

7. Monthly review the progress of an individual project at the Project Review meeting held between the Manufacturing Group and GEO Project Engineering.

8. Communicate all changes in scope from GEO Project Engineering to the Manufacturing Group

9. Receive all detailed instructions, drawings and requirement from the GEO Project Engineering and distribute all related documents to the related department.

10. Communicate any changes within Manufacturing Group and with GEO Project team, whether these be caused by late engineering, late delivery of material from vendors or slippage within the Shops.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Job Incumbent is expected to have university degree with major in engineering/technical.

2. Job Incumbent is expected to have minimum 5 years work experience in a similar work environment in manufacture facility or construction/engineering company.

3. This job is expected to be familiar with pressure vessel code and standards such as ASME and GB codes & standards.

4. This job is expected to have some knowledge of computer skills.

5. Be good at communication and interact with engineering team from US, Europe.

6. Be good at English skill including the reading/writing/speaking skill.
