Preparation and Review of Complex Account Reconciliation
Adherence to SOX controls
Deep Understanding of upstream and downstream process
Escalation and resolution management
Ability to streamline, simplify & standardize processes
Championing Change management
Manage complex sub process across Brands
Manage increased span of control
Leading large teams including Appriasals & managing complex people issues.
Operational review
Perform Trend analysis, Balance Sheet review
Managing multiple stakeholders
Coaching and mentoring
Recruitment, grow & flow, retention of talent
Ability to work under pressure
Good knowledge of Excel and Proven problem solving skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Graduate/ Semi Qualified with 9+ years experience or 7+ years experience as Post Graduate/
Prior working knowledge in an ERP environment
Knowledge of specialized accounting process like pension acctg, severances, IFRS, revenue recognition etc.,
