职位描述：
Educational Requirements:
1.Shipping/transportation discipline is preferable but not necessary;
2.Bilingual in Chinese and English, oral and written;
3.Software application skills ( MS Office, E-mail ).

Additional Qualifications:
1.Minimum 2 years relevant experience;
2.Experience in shipping/freight forwarding;
3.Well-organized, patient and detail-oriented.

Accountabilities:
1.Collect and sort all bookings according to export terminals with RCL services;
2.Arrange loading plans and contact barge operators of Guangzhou areas (CNHUA,CNNSA,CNPNY,CNHDU) to book spaces; check against the booking numbers, POL/POD, container numbers, volume, and commodity;
3.Keep contact with HKG T/S Team and double check the actual arrival time of the mother vessel at HKG/SHK;
4.Coordinate with CAN’s terminals and HKG/SHK OP team and inform barge operators the information of both CAN’s and HKG’s terminals;
5.Provide barge details and mother vessel details such as vessel name/voyage, closing time, etc. to customers by using Email and ensure they noted;
6.Follow up the loading plan, and coordinate with all our booking agents/shippers for doing customs clearance smoothly;
7.Check out the voucher situation with barge operators, inform customers whose shipments are failed in customs clearance;
8.Accomplish the loading report, send out job sheets to HKG/SHK T/S Team by email for transshipment;
9.Recheck the actual manifest provided by barge operators, pass the booking files to Doc Dept. once all are in good order;
10.Send out DG list to RCL HKG/SHK T/S Team, and provide all docs to HKG/SHK T/S Dept. to make DG license;
11.Arrange loading plans for direct vessel to commission agent and check against final loading.
12.Provide DG cargo detail to CNGCT terminal
13.Check out email and reply timely. And report to the senior if there is any important notice;
14.Update DCS (EMS, EZLL Complete, EZDL Complete, Auto Load, Auto Discharge, Job Order Complete, Vessel Arrival/Departure Complete, TOS/SHS Complete, etc.)
15.Create new AFS voyage & re-nom booking(s) to actual voyage. 举报 分享
