Prepare credit submission on deals originated by China field underwriters and present to profit center
management for approval.
? Monitor and report on Credit Watch situations to both Trade Credit and AIG Credit, where necessary.
? Work with the AIG Credit Department as regards reporting requirements to the AIG Credit Risk
Committee for ‘special mention’ credits. This will involve interaction with the profit center underwriters.
? Assist the APAC Trade Credit Risk Officer with regular portfolio reporting requirements to the Trade
Credit HQ Chief Credit Officer.
? Work with the trade credit underwriters on structuring policies on more challenging accounts.
? Collect and analysis major buyers’ financial statements or credit reports by internal/external tools
with input of financial analysis to assist underwriter on cases underwriting or aggregate limits
decisions.
? Collect market intelligence, update marketing materials, visit the client with producers when
necessary, coordinate marketing activities, develop and execute the marketing plan with certain
