Position Summary

The Database Quality Assurance Analyst is primarily responsible for the analysis, design, planning, execution and maintenance of testing, reporting of test results and defect management of a marketing data warehouse solution. This person will define and track QA tracing metrics of defects based on business requirements.

Position Responsibilities:

· Develop and maintain testing standards and procedures

· Perform testing and documenting the actual results and metrics

· Perform all aspects of defect tracking

· Create test data if required

· Develop test cases,test scripts, test conditions, test procedures and expected results

· Analyze defects to determine root cause

· Validate fixes and ensures follow through to all test cycles

· Communicating execution status to the Team

· Organize testing execution and results

· Maintain information in appropriate testing tools

Position Qualifications:

· SQL experience

· Knowledge of databases and data warehouse development

· Excellent written and oral English communication skills

· Prior knowledge of testing

· Ability to analyze data & relate it to business needs
