岗位职责：
-负责客户员工的社保缴纳、薪酬核算等各项人事服务工作；
-充分了解客户需求，及时反馈工作完成的进程及结果；
-及时解答客户对人事政策、服务流程及项目实施的咨询，并协助经理为客户提供解决方案；
-做好跨团队/部门的工作协调。

任职要求：
-大专、本科学历；至少有1至2年薪酬福利或社保缴纳等人力资源方面工作经验；
-熟悉员工录、退工，社保的实务流程及相关劳动人事法律法规；
-工作细致主动，有较强的服务意识及抗压能力；
-能独立开展工作，良好沟通协调能力、亲和力；
-适应力强，善于思考学习，有良好的团队合作意识和职业操守。
