Job Description
 
Function Characteristics Within your future ICT Team which is responsible for local ICT using the Global ICT standards. you will work on the area of infrastructure, Office Applications and maintenance of required Local IT services.
This challenging environment is mainly configured using VMware, Cisco and Microsoft.
You will keep the KNS Global Network up and running on your site. You will prevent problems in order to ensure a stable environment for all our Business Applications.
You will work with Microsoft Active Directory, routers, VPN, and (V) LAN infrastructures, monitoring and other network technologies which are no issue for you.
Beside these activities you will also provide 1st and 2nd line support towards the local organization and remote users.
You will maintain local services required for the local site to be operational unless otherwise conducted.


Local Activities ?Maintain local contracts for ISP, Telecom, others ?Local hardware/software ordering, replacement, repair where and if required ?Maintain LAN (Cabling, patches, switches, others) ?Printers ?Telecom support and management (fixed, mobile, IP PBX) ?Service desk 1st,2nd line support (technical and functional) ?Software/hardware install/de-install following global guidelines ?Support local application required due to local regulations/functionality (if applicable) ?Stock keeping and CMDB records ?Occasionally Travel to HK datacenter to maintain servers .

Global ICT Activities monitored locally ?Takes responsibility for the continuity and optimization of the existing infrastructure and implements new solutions when requested or required. ?Vouches for the daily maintenance of the IT systems and/or network: makes sure the documentation and procedure of the existing systems are in place; contributes in the planning and maintenance of IT systems; ?Responsible for server administration including daily checks, maintenance, applications, administration (logins, passwords etc), backups and restores. ?Create and maintain documentation regarding technical set-up, work instructions, quality documents and others in order to assure business continuity. ?Support of the Global IT team members. ?AD Administration for all Global users in cooperation with Support Desk.

Experience Requirements

Knowledge/Expertise ?Windows server 200x ?Network components, such as routers, switches, firewalls, etc ?Microsoft OS, Lync, SharePoint, Office is a pre ?SCCM is preferred ?HyperV ?Cisco networking experience is a pre ?Unix for maintain (to be retired) MFG-Pro ?VMware 举报 分享
