岗位概要： Key Performance Area

The IT Infrastructure Engineer reports to the Greater China IS Infrastructure Manager. This position is responsible for supporting infrastructure technology, including local application system, SQL Server Database and support for development activities.



基本工作职能: Key Job Responsibility



Support and Monitor infrastructure technology and system

- Deploy and support applications using, Javascript, ASP.NET, HTML5, SharePoint and emerging technologies

- Support local business application system and project

- Ensures local system and project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately

- Provide orientation to key users and IS colleagues of existing IT technology

- Investigating, diagnosing and solving production application server faults, including web services, we-apps, data connection

- Work with GBS team members to monitor, optimize, and support the SQL Server environment

- Monitor and support policies and compliance standards

- Assist Global team members in providing production support

- Tier II daily support for Greater China region infrastructure team

- Provide on-call support during nonworking hours and function backup with local IS colleagues

Information Technology Innovation

- Participate on cross-functional teams through development & execution of new IT technology solutions

- Discover information technology including Cloud computing, Storage Service and Open-source software

- Good sense of organization, communication, task priority and interpersonal skills

- Must be customer support oriented, able to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment.

- Good English spoken and written skills, ability to prepare and deliver presentations to the business team

- Familiarity with SQL Server database development and support concepts for SQL Server 2008 and SQL Server 2012

- Familiarity with Windows 2008/2012 operating system, WMI, SCOM

- Familiarity with development languages and automation scripting: .Net development (VB.Net and ASP.Net), Powershell, VBScript/Jscript

- Understanding of data modeling concepts and tools

- Experience working effectively on a global support team; comfortable working with people from other cultures

- Ability to learn and support new systems and applications

- 2+ years of experience in development with SQL Server databases

- Bachelor degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Engineering
