职位描述：
1. Through daily communication and frequent visits to overseas factories, monitor and coordinate the production and quality aspects of new and repeat purchase orders for SUG / HPI Uniform Products
2. Follow up with USA production team with Updated Work In Progress (WIP) on a weekly basis.
3. Work independently to approve Lab Dips, Fit, PP and TOP samples before sending them to USA office. Make sure Production is exactly as per approved PP samples.
4. Maintain a hard copy archive of all approved and rejected materials
5. Constantly following up with factories to make sure all samples are sent to USA offices in a timely manner
6. Maintain a library of shade lots from fabric mills and to make sure these are not mixed up in production to avoid shade variations.
7. Provide Feedback to USA office on each factory concerning Quality and status of daily production.
8. Work with Factories to make sure, WIP report is accurate and verified.
9. Conduct Internal Quality audits on processes and procedures, correcting identified errors where appropriate.
10. Assists in monitoring vendor compliance to ensure management is informed of potential issues and assists in formulating processes to address compliance related requirements
11. Ability to travel between cities in China to factory locations
12.Drive Quality initiatives and demonstrated proficiency in process improvement concepts.
13. Identify problems, gather and analyze information skillfully and provide recommendations for improvements.
14.Ensure all testing reports are passing and meet all necessary requirements
15.Ensure Ship dates are met by providing necessary shipments documents to USA offices.

Requirement
Rich experience in garment industry on quality control and production follow up;
Proficiency with Microsoft Office such as Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel required. Preferably SAP;
Strong written and verbal communication skills to facilitate collaboration with USA offices.
