The Job
We are seeking dynamic, result-oriented and mature individuals to join us as Client Service Executive in the Sales and Marketing organization based in Beijing.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
· Support Business Development (BD) team in the renewal and extension of existing accounts by demonstrating value of cooperation with International SOS
· Ensure that all International SOS products, services and delivery processes are fully understood by the client
· Work with BD team to drive client communications with their customers, proactively engage clients to promote service utilizations and effectively manage clients’ expectation. Activities including periodical service reviews, client trainings, co-marketing & promotion activities
· Respond to client service requests/complaints in an efficient manner

The Person
· 5 years’ experience in service industry
· Rich Account servicing experience in a business-to-business environment,
· Data analysis work experience
· Experienced in making presentations to clients
· Work experience and/or exposures to marketing functions
