职位描述
Responsibility:
1. Take care of incoming calls from customers and service providers
2. Handle clients’ requests & Document all matters related to each customer service request
3. Provide logistic support in service delivery to customers
Qualifications:
1. Undergraduate student, can do internship at least 3 days per week;
2. Good English in both spoken and written;
3. Have a passion for service and results;
4. Willing to learn.
Upon hiring, we provide training for skill set.
工作职责:
1. 接听客户和服务商电话;
2. 处理客户需求,整理相关文档;
3. 与供应商等各方沟通协调,为客户服务工作提供支持。
岗位要求:
1.本科在读,每周至少实习3天;
2.良好的英语听说读写能力;
3.对客户服务工作有较高的热情;
4.具备较强的自主学习能力。
一经雇用,公司将提供相应培训。
