职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. Primary responsibilities :
a. Support China logistics manager to define, implement and improve logistics BPR in below areas
-Supplier customer packaging
-Freight control
-Warehousing
-ERP and other logistics system
b. Support plant for BPR execution
c. Ensure all defined standards and process are executed
d. Communicate and coach the standards across the organization (Logistics/Purchasing/Quality/Manufacturing)
e. Ensure efficient and regular reporting on BPR status
2. Secondary responsibilities
a. Support the China Logistics Manager to control logistics service provider's performance in below areas
-Define and review SOP
-KPIs measurement
-Performance audit
-Report
b. Ensure benchmark 5S in the Autoliv China Logistics area
Requirement:
-Familiar with Logistics / Manufacturing processes such as planning / warehousing / Line feeding / Production system
-Knowhow about Lean is preferred
-Knowhow about Kanban Pull, VMI process is preferred
-Able to understand logistics cost structure
-Successful experience in cross functional team work
-Data analysis
-Good PC skills
-Familiar with ERP systems
-Self driven
-Result oriented
-Have good interpersonal skills; good communicator
-Team player
-Good time management
