International Mobility Manager

Working relationship
Solid reporting line: Director HR Rewards
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Orga-nization:
Oversee China mobility programme and provide expertise and support to HR Management within China on matters relating to International and, where required, domestic Mobility. Work closely with CoE Rewards International Mobility in the design and alignment of global standards, policies and processes. Manage the application of global standards in China under consideration of China mobility needs. Act as a strategic partner to the business in planning and execution of International Assignments.
Key Responsibilities:
? Provide consultancy, training and advice to HRMs on topics relating to International and domestic Mobility in China
? Oversee consistent application of International Mobility stan-dards, policies and processes
? Act as central point of contact and coordination for questions on mobility process and compliance matters relating to cross-border tax, social security and immigration
? Participate as a member of the International Mobility commu-nity in projects needed to advance the international mobility programme and to ensure global consistency
? Work with HRMs for the determination of appropriate com-pensation and mobility benefits for international employees transferring into and within China
? Implement and communicate regulations and new policy components to various stakeholders and monitor adherence
? Manage vendor relationships and ensure cost effectiveness of service provision for tax services, immigration, security/risk, relocation, shipping etc. international employees in China with the support of the International Mobility community
? Manage expatriate tax filing and maintain relationship with local tax authority
? Oversee administration, invoicing, billing and recharging of costs for mobility benefits in China
? Manage personnel information databases and tracking for in-ternational employees, relevant assignment information, as-signment costs and benefits.
? Participate in benchmarking exercises and network with other mobility management experts in order to ensure policy competitiveness, best-practice solutions and remain informed about market norms and common practices.
? Possibly lead one or a small team of Mobility Specialists

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
? Experience of working in an international company with mat-rix structures
? High level of affinity to and experience with Business compu-ting solutions, ideally with SAP-HR
? Excellent command of English
? Excellent knowledge of MS-Office applications
? Project Management experience
? International mindset
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
? University Degree or Equivalent Experience
? MBA or Advanced degree or certificate (i.e. CEBS, CCP, etc.) an advantage
? 5+ years’ experience in Human Resources, ideally with spe-cialisation in International Mobility
? Previous leadership experience
