岗位职责：
1、负责写字楼管理区域内道路、楼内公共区域、大楼周边区域的安保消防及设备管理；
2、负责二装、消防及其他突发事件的监视、通报；
3、基层员工管理。
岗位要求：
1、身体健康，175cm以上，30岁以上，
2、5年以上相关经验，持有建（构）筑物消防员5级证书和保安上岗证优先；
3、具备较高的纪律性、责任心，能吃苦耐劳。
