职位描述
Responsibility Overview
1、负责访客前台接待;
Responsible for visitor reception
2、负责组织和接待酒店或者集团内外部人员来访接待,组织部门内部定期不定期集体活动等事宜;
Responsible for organizing hotel or external visitor site inspection, internal regular and irregular event , outing and etc.
3、负责监控部门每日电话接听及转接情况;
Responsible for monitoring department daily call handle situation
4、负责统计部门职员考勤、监测电话AUX使用和迟到早退等情况,时时提醒主管纠正员工的违规行为,提供周度月度检测报告以供部门管理人员实施有效调控;
Responsible for monitoring and documenting team member daily log in /out, Aux usage, lateness and early departure record, provide immediate adjustment reminder to supervisor, responsible for weekly/monthly report.
5、负责办公用品申领、采购及日常管理;
Responsible for purchasing office suppliers, and the daily management.
6、负责填写部门费用支出报销报表,如晚班人员出租车费报销、部门办公用品采购等报销事宜;
Handle office expense reports, include but not limited to transportation reimbursement, regular stationary purchasing etc.
7、负责装饰指定办公区域环境、有效管理办公区域卫生等;
Responsible for department decoration, specifying business environment and public management.
8、协助部门领导贯彻安全运营私密保障条例,保障部门大门进出规范,负责日常送餐接待等管理;
Responsible for implementing department PCI compliance regulation, keep door close, handle daily meal delivery reception and etc.
9、负责办公室快递、信函、报纸的收取、分发和寄送;
Responsible for sending, receiving and distribution of courier, correspondences and Newspapers.
10、其他行政后勤事务。
Other administrative working.
Education / Qualifications
1、大专及以上学历,形象气质佳;
College or above. Decent appearance.
2、具有良好的服务意识,良好沟通表达能力,待人亲和,热情 ,处事灵活,工作认真、细致、有责任心。
Have a good sense of service, proven communication skill. Has affinity and enthusiasm. Act flexible, conscientious, meticulous and responsible.
3、熟练使用办公软件;
Proficiency in Microsoft office.
4、中英文:读写能力优秀,口语良好;
English and Mandarin: Advanced reading and writing skill, good oral skill.
5、拥有HRCC全职工作六个月以上者优先;
Over 6-month fulltime working experience in HRCC Shanghai is preferred.
