职位描述
Responsibilities:
- Order input / amendment / cancellation; stock allocation; pick list generation / cancellation; pro forma invoice generation etc
- Co-ordinate with Kerry logistics and retail / W/S / marketing / Shops to arrange pickup and delivery for non auto replenishment shipments. Such as POS, shops transfer, old season call back, packaging etc.
- Co-ordinate with merchandise and shops for Kerry to print out labeling
- Prepare weekly report
- monitor stock QTY in all locations under ADC and coordinate with Kerry logistics and retail shops to see if there're any discrepancies and do root cause analysis
- MI process for goods return & credit note
- Trouble-shooter for customer complaints: Solve problems or complain from customers within time period set up. Defective products claims follow up.
Requirements:
- College and above diploma with 2-3 years working experience on logistics, experience in luxury or retail field is a plus
- ERP software using experience is a plus
- Excellent communication skill both internal and external (Good command of English, both oral and written)
- Self-initiated, hardworking
