职位描述
Duties:
-Responsible for all tax issues including monthly tax filling
-Assist in implementation of global tax initiatives
-Implement global transfer pricing policy
-Monitor and measure effective tax rate of the operations in China
-Liaise and communicate with Asian and US based financial teams and tax service providers as well
-Issue local invoices and support CSR about collection issues.
-FX settlement
-SAFE registration and application
-Support treasury about banking issues.
-Statistics reporting
-Prepare Chinese local financial statements
-Annual audit and annual tax filling
-Company annual check
-Government subsidy and qualification application and maintain
Requirements:
-University graduate in accounting/finance or related discipline
-Minimum 1-2 years experience in PRC taxation field, preferably from big-4 CPAs firms or foreign consultancy firms.
- Knowledge about import and export is a must.
-Oracle experience is preferred.
-Good technical knowledge and skill in handling PRC tax matters, e.g. VAT, business tax, enterprise tax, etc.
-Good interpersonal and communication skills
-Proficient in English and Chinese (both written and spoken in English)
