Job Responsibilities :
? Answers queries regarding pricing, product availability and technical issues from assigned existing customers
? Receives and processes sales orders via phone, fax or e-mail and into the systems
? Processes purchase orders in line with sales orders and stockholding requirements
? Advises customers of delivery schedule and any subsequent changes
? Raises system paperwork and invoices for outbound deliveries from all depots
? Receives and resolves customer complaints ensuring customer satisfaction
? Performs telephone sales and order solicitation
? Communicates opportunities and provides internal support to the Sales Department
? Knows major customers and understands their requirements
? Takes responsibility for providing service in a timely and accurate manner
? Reviews and amends multi-depot stockholding/minimum stock holding level based on sales/customer
? Local application of sales, general and administrative policies and procedures
? Responsible for basic system maintenance
? Actively promotes safety in all aspects of his/her responsibility
? Work closely with logistics suppliers to provide delivery instruction, stock management and validate monthly bills
? Provide support to Finance on A/R, A/P and other relevant requirements
? Other tasks as assigned by Sales Manager
