职位描述
Responsibility Level:
Responsible for managing and delivering IT projects related to infrastructure and network in China.
Requires a demonstrated ability to manage a diverse portfolio of requests, quickly mediate between competing priorities, and interact with IT, GI, contractors, and Business management.
Collaborative and requires a confident and competent person who leads by example; someone who continually raises the bar on quality, design, attitude, enthusiasm, and accountability.
Requires a strong self-starter who can deliver consistently at a tactical level. Strong communications and administrative skills are a must.
This is considered a leadership position and as such the person chosen must demonstrate the ability to be promoted into positions of greater authority.
Primary Duties:
Project Management:
? Manage multiple systems projects simultaneously. Prioritize projects and tasks in order to achieve department and company objectives.
? Prepare project management deliverables including Statements of work, Status reports, Budgets, and Staffing plans. Ensure adherence to Company standards and methodologies.
? Manage budget and resources from IT,SDT team, business users and vendors
? Conduct meetings and present to various management levels. Ensure effective communication through written and verbal methods.
Analysis Responsibilities:
? Recommend the implementation of technology to support the company's objectives. Develop strategies, techniques, and standards for systems and interfaces.
Team Management:
? Mentor and manage team members through daily interactive feedback.
? Perform development planning and performance review exercises.
Other Requirements:
? Remain knowledgeable of information technology and company business operations.
? Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by Global PS PMO and the IT Process and Compliance Manager.
? Occasional overnight travel, including international; and occasional non-traditional work hours.
REQUIREMENTS:
? Bachelor's degree in Business, MIS or comparable field.
? 5-10 years of work experience in IT.
? 3-5 years of experience in a similar position.
? English language is a must
WORKING CONDITIONS:
? Located in office environment and occasion domestic and international travels are required.
