职位描述
1、Calendar management, meeting and conference arrangements,preparing some reports or PPT when necessary
2、Business travel preparation (flight tickets, hotel reservation and itinerary/logistics agenda)
3、Do all kinds of expense reimbursement
4、 Document English/Chinese translation, collect materials as required
5、Assist to organize team-building events
6、Other tasks assigned by managers
Qualifications:
1、Graduation with bachelor or above;
2、Fluent English in oral and written with CET-6 or higher certificate;
3、Over 1 year experience as an assistant or a secretary; with experience in supporting foreigners is preferred;
4、Able to burden high pressure and take heavy workload;
5、Proficient in MS Office(Word、Excel、Powerpoint);
6、Good sense of service with approachability.
