职位描述

Job Objective
Future proof the business to help accelerate growth of our core sparkling business:
The position will be responsible to lead the program development and implementation of Marketing The Category for China Mainland Market. This will involve working closely with Legal, Brand team, IMC team, Franchise, Commercial and bottler teams to ensure we have a shared system understanding


Key Result Areas

1. Strategic Planning (15%)
? Participate into the development of the strategies based on deep insights understanding from consumers, key opinion leaders and internal stakeholders
? Monitor market trend and leverage other categories best practice to optimize strategy direction
? Seek Global & Group learning for local strategy development
? Monitor competitive activities and propose action to react competitor move.

2. Plans Development (40%)
? Lead and facilitate the plan development and get alignment with system for execution details.
? Work closely with sparkling brand team to reflect the executions in brand plans.
? Facilitate the plan development for government, association, industry and media.
? lead the creative development with agency to deliver high quality of the communication materials and creative works

3. Cross Function/Key stakeholder Collaboration (15%)
? Coordinate MTC working team that engage cross functions-Legal , Brand Team, CCMG, Regions and Bottlers and be responsible for building project ownership within the team and optimize the contribution by all the team members.
? Coordinate an approval process within the MTC working team to ensure the smoothness of project development and the quality and preciseness of communication message delivery
? Proactively participate in the loop of Pacific and Global team for key programs and best practices sharing.


4. Monitoring and Tracking (10%)
? Monthly scorecard update with system to ensure timely engagement and action to take for improvement

5. Risk and Crisis Management (5%)
? Support IMCR on monitoring risk and crisis regarding category building issue in periodic and on-going basis
? Support IMCR team on management plan for category development risk and crisis.
? Support IMCR for system communication for progress and action to take.

6. DMI & Media Control (15%)
? Work closely cross-function to give budget request with solid proposal to optimize the effectiveness of the investment.
? Monitor the DMI spending.

Job Requirements / Qualifications


- ? Builds brand love and brand value
- ? Needs to have demonstrated strong skills in building integrated platforms and managing multiple stakeholders and partners
- ? Needs to have proven experience in building strategy and being able to turn that into tangible in market commercially viable plans.
- ? Need to be able to work with bottlers as well as the group and global
- ? Persuades and inspires others (consumers, agency, System, suppliers, stakeholders, etc) to create belief
- ? Understands the external environment (competitive and market) and identifies new sources of opportunity
- This role requires strong people relationship skills given the requirements to work very closely with key other functions
- The candidate should be viewed by the system both inside and out, as a credible of the marketing team3.

Knowledge & Experience:
- Min of 4-8years relevant working experience in FMCG Company or medical related company or industry or agency worked for medical industry/group.
- Good communication skills with strong sensitivity in managing relationship.
- Pay attention to details.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related discipline, MBA is preferable
- Excellent in oral and written English.
- Travel up to 5% of work time under normal conditions.
