Location: Shanghai International Medical Zone 上海国际医学园区
General Purpose:
To be in charge of developing sourcing and supply concept to align with company strategy, identifying and qualifying new suppliers, leading the whole sourcing activities in projects and routine business, monitoring suppliers’ performance and improvement, establishing local supply chain process house and local supply network to support ELT and corporate worldwide competence centers.

Responsibilities & Main Tasks:
? Develop sourcing and supply concept to align with company local and global sourcing and supply strategy;
? Identify potential supplier, conduct supplier selection, audit, and approval procedure, lead the whole sourcing activities in routine business and new projects;
? Develop and improve supplier’s capability, initiate new cooperation modes with supplier to reduce supply and logistic cost;
? Periodically monitor and evaluate suppliers performance and trigger preventive and corrective improvement actions to enhance supply quality and efficiency;
? Establish local sourcing and supply process house and documents to align with QS and business strategy;
? Establish local supply network to support corporate worldwide competence centers;
? Other tasks assigned by leader or company business required.
Knowledge:
? Bachelor or above of major in relevant Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, etc.
? Knowledge of raw material (metal and plastic), mechanical, and electrical parts and components, etc.
? Knowledge of manufacturing process of above parts
? Knowledge of cost composition, value engineering
? Knowledge of quality system and supply chain management
Experience:
? Over 5 years’ experience on supplier development
? Solid sourcing experience and familiar with Quality Management System and supplier audit
? Experience on working with cross functional team in multinational company
? Experience on high mixture low volume products for laboratory instrument or medical device is a plus
? Experience of using LN INFOR is a plus

? Working skill of MS office suite- Excel, Word, and Power point
? Chinese native mandatory, fluent English plus
