1、负责所管项目中央空调送风、排风系统的运行管理及换季清洗、维修保养工作。

2、及时对中央空调给水系统的维修保养和故障检修。

3、熟悉所管辖的空调、风机及冷水泵系统，制冷机空调器及水泵的安全情况和各处开关的操作规程。

4、服从管理，具备相关岗位上岗资质证书及同岗位2年以上工作经历。
