您的职责
您将协助总经理建立和保持强有力的联系与现有客户及新客户，培养良好的工作关系，促进更大的商业合作机会。对客户需求有高度的敏感性，能及时提出合理化建议，进行战略性产品合作和服务的规划。负责和大客户的一切对口对接工作，协调公司内各个部门和大客户各个部门之间的业务往来，及时解决出现的问题，必要时召集各部门会议以制定合理流程，解决问题。定期与公司总部以及其他国家的大客户管理团队沟通和汇报客户开发的进展。
Your Tasks
You will assist GM to establish and maintain a strong connection with existing customers also new customers, foster better working relationship, promote more opportunities of business cooperation. Keep high sensitivity to the needs of customers, give reasonable suggestion in time, planning strategic cooperation of products and services. Be responsible for all conection with key account, coordinate communicaiton between various fuction departments from our company with appropriate deptments of key customers, solve the problems may occur timely, call ball meeting of fuction department to develop reasonable process, solve the problem. Manage communication between the company's headquarters and key account management team in other nation, report the situation of customer development.

Your Profile
For this position, Schmalz sincerely look forward whom worked in the samiliar industry, majored in mechnical or marketing. Need automation specialized knowledge, has background of certain electronic industry, ablity in business and technical skills. Sales management experience in foreign company, rich experiences in managing large customers and big projects, clearly understanding ability of business and knows the competitors' products and trends well. You are supposed to be a professional sales with passion and remarkable implementation, who will impress us with spectacular insights into the market, customer and products, and have been made a good use of it.
