职位描述：
Responsibilities:
- Overall process planning in new product introduction.
- DFX evaluation (Design for manufacturing, assembly), PFMEA, capability study, control plan
- Production cost and equipment/machine investment evaluation
- Order equipment and machine used in manufacturing
- Define process parameters in manufacturing
- Workstation layout according to ergonomics
- Define manufacturing routing, work instruction and standard time
- Shop floor layout with Lean thinking
- Train the production people on new product/process
- Production data maintenance in SAP
- Developing, evaluating and improving manufacturing method to achieve an efficient, economic and stable manufacturing processes
- New technology investigation and adoption
- Process ECN (engineering change)
- Documents management
- Actively engaged in global topic, cooperation and information sharing among different locations

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or higher, majoring in mechanical, electronic or industrial engineering
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in electronics or related manufacturing
- Professional knowledge of wave soldering, SMT, etc.
- Problem-solving skills, analytical skills
- Good knowledge of Industrial Engineering concepts, like time study, line balance, activity analysis, layout design, etc
- Knowledge and skill of new product introduction
- Good communication skills and team work
- Good command of English, both in spoken and written
- PC skill, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD 举报 分享
