KEY JOB FUNCTIONS 主要工作职责
? Electronic DFM (Design For Manufacture), DFT (Design For Testing) for new product introduction and design change.
? According to product requirements process scheme of design drawings, process design, process manuals, quality control, instruction books and other technical documents.
? Testing fixture design and development.
? Production testing program development.
? Subcontractor qualification and supporting
? Trouble Shooting process/instruction book definition and supporting
SPECIFIC JOB FUNCTIONS 特定工作职责
? Establish the electronic DFM , DFT ,manufacture and quality control process for metro signalling product introduction .
? New technology and testing process developed and introduced which can be best controlled in the signalling products.
? New product design and manufacture process, review and evaluation ( testability, etc) internally and externally.
? Establish the new testing fixture design can be implemented to the manufacture usage .
? Testing document definitions and ram up during the NPI.
? 1st batch of new product manufacture and support the mass production internally and externally.
? Troubleshooting in house and on site for signalling product.
