岗位职责：
Manage client relationship
客户关系管理；
Advise on best practice and ensure have an in-depth understanding of the clients business and needs
为客户提供最优建议，深入了解客户业务范围及真实需求；
Analyze the recruitment needs, and follow company recruitment process
分析招聘需求，跟进客户招聘进程；
Redefine sourcing strategies, and guide the sourcing and recruiting activity of Researchers Recruiters
制定搜索策略，为Researchers和Recruiters提供必要指导；
Follow-up with the client to drive timely feedback
跟进客户及时从客户处获得反馈；
Ensure the service being provided is first rate and facilitate clients’ satisfaction.
确保为客户提供一流服务，不断提升客户满意度。

任职要求：
University degree
本科及以上学历
A minimum of 3 years recruitment experience required
3年以上招聘相关工作经验；
Customer focus
客户导向意识；

Excellent communication skill, and coordination skill
优秀的人际沟通能力和协调能力；
Proactive, “can-do” attitude
态度积极，优秀的执行力；
IT Literate: MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and strong internet research skills
熟练掌握MS Office（Outlook，Word，Excel及PowerPoint）各项办公技能，精于网络搜索。
