职位描述：
Job Description:
Responsible for repair, rebuilt, refurbish of Ball Bonder machines and components/modules such as XY Table, Bondhead, Slider, Indexer, etc.
Working with planners in PTE for refurbishment kits and inventory.
Work with SRC in Singapore for the transfer of knowledge and process for refurbishment of Ball Bonder machines and modules. Work with Ball Bonder engineering team on product improvement in reliability and cost reduction.
Set up processes and manage day-to-day running of SZRC.
Generate repair/refurbished report for customers.

Experience Requirements:
Experience in mechanical and/or electrical machine troubleshooting, repair and refurbishment
Able to read schematic drawings and specifications
K&S Wire Bonder experience will be a plus

Educational Requirements:
 Degree or diploma in Electrical or mechanical engineering

Other Requirements:
Able to speak, read, and write English and Chinese fluently
Able to work independently without constant supervision
Logical and inquisitive mindset
