JOB SUMMARY
This HR Manager role is responsible for providing talent and organizational guidance to our teams. The role will help to manage all aspects of the employee experience including onboarding, cross-functional team effectiveness, employee relations, leadership development & coaching, recruitment, compensation and benefits, and our annual talent processes. This person will be a trusted HR advisor across all aspects of employee and organizational needs.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Provide strategic organizational perspective to company’s leaders and partner with team to ensure we are instilling a feedback-rich, open, collaborative and talent-centric mindset throughout the company
· Own all talent processes for respective teams (including performance & development process, talent reviews, culture survey communications & action planning and all other facets that impact the employee experience.); adapt and adopt HR initiatives and process from Tory Burch Headquarters in the U.S. ensuring they are consistent and relevant for our local teams.
· Provide guidance and oversee team effectiveness work from offsite design and facilitation to cross-functional team engagement to ensure teams are working cohesively.
· Partner with business leadership to ensure our structure and roles & responsibilities are appropriate given our stage of growth and where we are headed; help build for the future in terms of structure, roles and identifying ways to bridge any capability gaps.
· Partner with managers to build their own solutions to people-related opportunities; build leadership capability.
· Be a present and respected HR resource to all teams you support; Proactively oversee Employee Relations across functional areas.
· Ensure HR policies and practices align with US headquarters and adaptation to local laws
· Oversee the sourcing and recruiting of corporate and store level positons
· Oversee all aspects of the payroll and benefit plan administration for corporate and store employees
 
EDUCATION & PRIOR EXPERIENCE NEEDED
· More than 5 years general HR management experience
· Prior experience working for a U.S. headquartered company, highly desirable
· Strong presentation and facilitation skills
· Good knowledge on Retail Luxury industry and understand the business
· Comfortable working in a highly entrepreneurial environment, developing processes and policies
· Proven comfort interacting with all levels within a company – senior level leaders to new associates
· Prior experience managing/leading a team
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Fluent in spoken English and Mandarin
· Travel will be required
· College degree or above
· Strong knowledge in Microsoft Words, Excel and PowerPoint
