职位描述：
Job Description(岗位职责)：
1. Must follow procedures and rule in a systematic way. Organizational skills are mandatory. It must be careful and methodical. Write basic technical reports based on the information collected in the Laboratory;
  系统地遵守流程以及规范。必须具有组织能力，并且做事仔细、有条理。基于实验室收集的信息，书写技术报告。
2. Write weekly reports based on quality/production parameters using statistic tools;
  每周根据质量/产量参数，利用数据处理工具撰写报告。
3. Performs standardized laboratory tests to verify chemical
characteristics or collagen composition;
  进行标准实验测试测定化学品特性或者胶原组成
4. Verifies efficiency / productivity of industrial process by predetermined quality tests;
  根据预设质量测试方法验证工业流程的效率/产能
5. Operate laboratory equipment according procedures;
   根据流程操作实验设备
6. Good Leadership;
   良好的领导能力
7. Must able to take decisions, following quality specification;
   能够做出决断，遵循质量标准
8.Knowledge about safety instructions, ISO Standard and Laboratory working rules;
  了解安全守则，ISO标准以及实验操作守则
9.Be able to make mathematical conversions as concentrations, percentages;
  能够进行数学换算，例如浓度、百分比.
10.Must be used to chemical compounds descriptions.
  必需熟悉各类化学式

Job Requirement(职位要求):
1.College degree with Food, biology, chemical or relevant major
   大专以上学历，食品、生物、化工及相关专业；
2.Minimum 5 years of quality relevant experiences in the MNC, with 3 years in a supervisor’s position, food industry quality control is a preferable
  至少五年以上制造业质量管理经验，三年的主管经验，食品行业质量控制工作经验者优先;
3.Proactive, hardworking and can work under pressure
  积极、主动、吃苦耐劳，具备抗压能力；
4.Good command of written and oral English
  良好的英语书写及口语能力；
5.Strong leadership and good team player.
