Knowledge and Skill Requirements

---- Associate degree or above, preferably in logistics/transportation fields;

---- Fluent in oral & written English;

---- Minimum of 2 years experience in similar position at foreign companies;

-----Familiar with basic logistics, international trade and customs knowledge;

---- Computer application in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook email;

-----Good communication skills, with customer focus, initiative, team-work spirit;

-----Patient, careful and can work under pressure, meet deadline.

Major Responsibilities

-----Co-ordinates with other staffs and tracks domestic shipments daily;

-----Completes booking as requested;

-----Provides daily and monthly tracking status report to customers;

---- Ensures the correct data entry of shipment details in the systems within deadline daily;

---- Monitors the c/clearance documents;

-----Confirms the monthly cost with vendor and complete the cost & billing input in the finance system;

-----Focus on customers and Keeps good relationship with customer;

-----Other tasks assigned from the team
