职位描述
岗位职责：
1、 Formulate, organize and execute sales & marketing activities. 制定、组织和执行销售和营销活动；
2、 Acquire new business in China or overseas.开发国内外的新业务；
3、 Follow up and maintain good relationship with existing customers. 跟进,并与现有客户保持良好的关系；
4、 Review RFQ and prepare quotes as well as to lead the internal cost analysis according company guidelines and raw material cost. 审查程序,并准备报价以及领导内部成本分析根据公司的指导方针和原材料成本；
5、 Follow up on each quotation and negotiate the prices and terms with customers. 跟进每一个报价和洽谈价格和条款与客户；
6、 Conduct sales and product meeting and presentation to customer. 负责销售和产品会议和演示给用户；
7、 Provide sales and marketing weekly report, including expenses to sales manager. 提供销售和营销周报告,包括费用销售经理；
8、 Handle all commercial issue with customer, such as contract, overdue payment, customer release schedule, warranty cases etc. 处理所有与客户的商业问题,如合同,逾期付款,客户发布时间表,保证案件等；
9、 Conduct an intensive communication with PMI and Gil-Mar sales & purchasing liaisons worldwide to ensure worldwide acting unison. 进行一个密集的沟通和Gil-Mar PMI销售部经理全球采购连音保证全球代理不谋而合.
职位要求：
1、 Bachelor degree either in business administration combined with the understanding of technical matters or in engineering combined with knowledge of business administration matters. 要么在工商管理学士学位相结合的技术问题的理解或工程结合的商业知识管理事务。
2、 At least 5 years experience in sales or customer support in automotive industries. 至少5年以上销售或客户支持汽车工业。
3、 Good network in automotive industries. 在汽车行业有良好的网络关系。
4、 Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 有较强的人际交往和沟通能力。
5、 Must have knowledge how to prepare a quote and understand cost calculation process of machining. 必须懂得如何准备报价和理解成本计算加工过程。
6、 Must have computer skills as required; (e.g., Word, Excel, Microsoft Project, Powerpoint etc.). 必须具备电脑技能,如要求;(如Word,Excel,Powerpoint,微软项目等)。
7、 Good knowledge in purchasing, automobile industry, quality, cost and international trade. 精通采购、汽车工业、质量、成本及国际贸易。
8、 Business travel is required. 商务旅行是必需的。
9、 Mature, honest, responsible, aggressive and able to work under pressure. 成熟稳重,诚实,有责任心,工作积极,能在压力下工作。
10、 Good linguistic proficiency of English.英语熟练。
