职位描述：
A.Responsibility:
1.Over-inspection of semi-products
a. Over-inspection of semi-products according to control plans
b. Block the nonconform product effectively according to nonconform procedure
c.Take necessary action to inform production to stop macihine to avoid nonconform material go to next process.
d. Take necessary action, check the traciability and block suspious product to avoid the quality accident expand.
2.Over-inspection of process
a. Over-inspection of process according to control plans
b. Excute spc data collection according to control plan
c. Take necessary action for nonconform process and inform production to stop macihine to ensure good product quality
d. Follow the nonconformm process and report to supervisor.
 3.Weighing and classification of waste
a. Check whether the scrap amount consitent with production record
b.Report to supervisor if any unconsistent."
3.Quality report
a. Clear and accurate information between different shift.
b. Follow and feedback the resultaccording to shift change record.
c.Summarise monthly the nonconform product and report to supervsor.
d. Summarise monthly the nonconform process and report to supervsor.
4. Quality improvement Participate the quality improvement
B. Required Experience
Senior School certificate
Tire manufacturing
>1 year in mixing or praparation or TB areas
C.Required Knowledge:
Continenetal Tire WW semi-product off-standard standards and catalogues
QMS standards (control plan, JES, CHECK LIST)
Tire manufacturing processes
 Electronic SPC systems
CBS / LEAN（5S、8 waste、TPM etc.）

Continental AG group was founded in Hanover, Germany in 1871 and is currently one of the five largest automotive suppliers and among top 500 enterprises in the world. In September 2009, as the first manufacturing investment of Continental Tire Division in China, and an important foreign direct investment project of Anhui province, Continental Tires (China) Co. Ltd., was established.

In May,2011, PLT begins production. Since then, Hefei Plant is developed from Phase I to Phase III. And Phase IV is kicked off. Moreover, Two Wheel Plant, R&D Test Center, APAC Training Center, CSS Workshop are launched in Hefei. Till now, we have more than 1800 employees in Hefei Plant.

The factory has the high degree of the production automation which achieves the international advanced level. Along with the development of the new projects which include the new two wheels factory as well as the expansions of the research and development center and the tire factory for passenger vehicles in stage four, respectively, the company will recruit more people with lofty aspirations to join it.
