职位描述
1.根据公司QA标准，在项目或公司完成指定的监听数量录音做好品质监听记录，同时确保监听要求的达成 ：违规点必须听到并指出违规问题，时间点，以及改正方法，同时，做好核听记录表。
2.准备品质监听报告，并批注改进建议和培训建议，每天发送至相关部门和指定人员
3.每周做好录音分析和反馈，准备话术风险规避方法和销售品质提升沟通会议宣导内容
4.以固定的模式/格式，每周收集5通优秀录音的信息保密编辑和优秀录音库的建立和收集维护，向项目QA主管提交该信息，用以销售团队学习的录音分享，提高销售技巧。
5.在项目上，用固定的模式/格式就销售品质问题做好一线销售员工品质宣导工作，向主管提交该信息并与一线销售管理人员有良好的沟通提供相关团队的品质状况。
6. 能通过内审评价和内部质量校准会议和持续的培训和工作评审反馈下，提高质量意识判断能力
7. 完成主管指定的工作，并能够支持项目轮岗的要求或项目之间支援的要求

2. 有同岗位2年以上工作经验
