Job Responsibility:
- 能根据要求制订配色配方,根据色差情况进行配方修正,制定和维护染色配方档案 Can make colour formula according to the requirement, according to the situation of colour difference formula is modified, to develop and maintain the dyeing recipe file
- 完成追溯系统、称重系统的输入与输出 Complete the input and output of traceability system, weighing system.
- 负责进行织造,染色,整理报废的原因分析和落实解决方案 Responsible for weaving, dyeing, finishing the analysis of the causes of scrap and implement solutions
- 制订和维护织造,染色,整理作业指导书 Make maintain the weaving, dyeing, finishing
- 负责织造,染色,整理员工的专业技能培训,维护和更新染色操作人员的技能柔性矩阵图 Responsible for weaving, dyeing, finishing the staff's professional skills training, maintain and update the dyeing operator skill flexibility matrix
- 参与生产管理 involve in the management of production
- 对于生产过程进行持续改善 continue improving the productive process
- 参与解决日常出现的质量问题 involve in solving the daily quality issue
- 参与新产品过程开发,验证和确认 involve in new product process development, testing and validation.

- 协助内审员职责 To assist internal auditors responsibility
具体工作经验要求Working Experiences Requirements:
- 具有两年或以上织物轧染的工作经验;汽车行业或机械背景尤佳 With at least two years working experiences of fabric pad dyeing; Auto industrial or mechanical background is preferred.
- 具有使用分散性染料的配色,打色,轧染生产经验的尤佳Have use disperse dyes colour matching skills is plus.
- 具有一定的员工培训及组织管理经验 Have some experiences in training and management is preferred.
专业技能要求Technical Skill Requirements:
- 对轧染过程有较深的理解 have a deeper understanding of the pad dyeing process
- 熟悉织带品种、织法、及织机的设定。Familiar with ribbon breed weave & the setting of the loom
- 敏锐的色差分辩能力 Keen distinguish color difference skills
- 具有一定的管理组织能力 Have management ability of organization
个人素质要求Personal Attribute Requirements:
- 有较强的分析观察力,以及较强的组织管理能力 Strong analysis and observation, and strong ability of organization and management
- 具有很强的学习能力 Has a strong ability to learn
- 英语说写良好,熟练运用OFFICE Good written and spoken English, good command of Microsoft
- 强烈的安全意识 Strong safety common sense
