Duties & Responsiblities
1. Work with in-house engineering or partners on patent mining and prosecution.
2. Support in-house prosecution on patent review and drive for patent quality and influences.
3. Derive and execute the methodology for strenthening the patent claim and specifications.
4. Support patent analysis on claim construction, claim chart, patent map, EoU, and performing SWOT for potential dispute, litigation, acquisition, and due-diligence.
5. Determination on CA, DA, filing country, and official action strategy.
Essential Specification
1. Master’s Degree or higher in Electrical, Computer Science, Vehicle, or Mechincal engineering.
2. Minimun 5-yr experiences in vehicle or electronic engineering, or been in a patent engineering / patent firm for related fields.
3. Excellent on patent tooling including searching, analyzing, and enhancement.
