职位描述：
岗位职责 / Job Responsibilities:
1. Maintain purchasing policy and prepare purchasing planning
2. Purchasing project prioritization and management
3. Managing purchasing information and systems
4. Managing suppliers relationships
5. Setting, monitoring and managing quality and QA systems
6. Effective proactive liaison with other departments as necessary to forecast, plan to meet, and to supply demand to relevant quality
7. Negotiating and administration of purchasing contracts
8. Rent or buy policy evaluation and decision/recommendation
9. Cost saving budgeting and targeting
10. Setting and planning how to achieve supplier accreditation and service level management
11. Administration and reporting as necessary
12. Rent or buy policy
13. Outsourcing strategy evaluation and decision/recommendation
14. Payment terms negotiation, optimization and management
15. Effective liaison with Warehousing, distribution, shipping management.
16. Packaging and transport regulatory awareness, compliance and information communication
17. Health and safety compliance
18. International trading issues/imports/legal, awareness and management
19. Abide to lawful and ethical standards,

BA/BS in Business.
5-7 experience in purchasing or logistic chain

嘉会医疗（杨浦）目前设有全科、内科、外科、妇科、儿科、消化内科、口腔科、皮肤科、耳鼻咽喉科、中医康复科、医学影像科等多个科室，并增设CT、MRI等大型影像设备。我们的医师来自海内外知名医疗机构，拥有丰富的临床经验，并能使用多种语言。
