ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Be responsible for forwarding the order information definitely, fully to OP(Scheduler) in time
- Be responsible for tracking and tracing the course of picking up
- Be responsible for customer maintenance. Fulfil customer's order as per SOP. Keep good relation and communication with customer to make customer satisfactory. At the same time, inter-work and assort with OP.
- Be responsible for tracking and tracing the full course of delivery and for customer satisfaction.
- Be responsible for tracking & tracing, checking POD to meet customer's KPI for POD and make customer satisfaction
- Be responsible for dealing with the complaint of customers. Once receiving customer's complaint, report the information and status to manager. At the same time, communicate with OP, sonsignee, carrier and customer to realize the detailed problems and investigate the course of happenings. Send the report to customer according to OP's feedback and call customer to communicate it to make customer satisfaction
JOB RELATED QUALIFICATIONS
-College degree
-3 years domestic logistics industry and at least 1 year customer service experience;
- Excellent with MS office, esp. Word, Powerpoint and Excel
