Major Responsibilities
- To manage the customer service team, monitor and control the daily order processing, system database, invoice issuance, etc.
- To prepare and maintain the correct finance and operation report
- To manage the potential risk from daily operation
- To coach and train customer service team for improvement
- To work on the instruction form operation manager, this may include some special project, issue handling
- Keep in complete secrecy all confidential information received in the course of her duty from the Management of the company or other sources;
- Under any circumstances, to give a quality image of her belonging to the DACHSER GROUP Enthusiasm, Professionalism, Straightforwardness.
Key Qualifications
- College Degree or above
- At least 8 years’ experience of working on logistics field, mainly cover import & export logistics, warehouse both bonded and non bonded, trucking, min. 5 years in customer service management level
- Capable to managing a customer service team
- Good personality to deal with customer and supplier
- Able to get into detail for the project
- Proactive, result oriented and on time task management
- Good on communication in English
- Good on computer skills
