职位描述：
 

Job Responsibilities

● Lead "functional safety" efforts for powertrain applications
(engine controls, hybrid controls, transmission controls).

● Plan/coordinate/track all activities related to functional safety
(powertrain) according ISO 26262, in all relevant phases of the project.

● Project specific risk assessment and classification of the product, or
evaluation of an existing classification.

● Drive activities to create project specific functional safety
requirements according ISO 26262 (ECU software and hardware, system
components).

● Initiate, establish and maintain the safety case (project specific proof
of functional safety according to e.g. ISO 26262), according to the safety
plan.

● Support the safety assessor in planning and conducting the safety
assessment.

● Recommend release of the safety case for the project (based on
completeness and technical correctness).

● Discuss functional safety related topics with the customer.

● Organize and lead internal and external project team meetings.

● Regular reporting to project team and management.

Job Requirements

● Bachelor degree or equivalent in mechanical, electrical or control
system or similar field.

● 3+ years’ experience with methods and tools for system and/or software development
for embedded controls.

● Knowledge about safety engineering, safety processes and safety
standards (e.g. IEC 61508, ISO 26262).

● Strong analytical and problem solving skills, flexible, fast learner.

● Excellent communication skills with professional and positive attitude,
ability to work in a global development team.

● Willing and able to travel ~10% (both domestic and international).

Preferred

● Strong background in engine or transmission controls.

● Experience with working in a customer facing role
